Richardson Resources has been providing independent IT and technology services since 2005. It started as a focus on small businesses that needed practical help—getting systems set up correctly, maintaining them properly, and solving problems without unnecessary cost or complexity.

It's still that. There's no team here, no sales staff, no junior techs doing the actual work. When you reach out, you're communicating directly with the same person who will be handling your project.

The focus has always been on clients who are running their own show—solo operators, small firms, local businesses. People who need their technology to work reliably, who don't want to spend time managing an IT relationship, and who appreciate working with someone who takes the time to understand their setup before making changes.

Twenty years working directly with small business owners and operators has made it clear what actually matters: systems that work, clear communication, and getting things done without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Started Richardson Resources with a focus on small businesses that needed practical, hands-on IT help.
